Cultural Kitchens: A Bullis Community Cookbook
Humanities and Global Studies Capstone project by Katelyn Foreman '19
Katelyn's project focused on how cultural stereotypes can stem from judgments about authentic cuisines. The project then further explored how fast food culture has deteriorated traditional cuisine. In an effort to combat these issues, Katelyn created a cookbook, A Bullis Community Cookbook: Cultural Kitchens, that reflects the great ethnic and cultural diversity in the Bullis community.
