12th Annual Artists on the Rise Juried Teen Exhibition

The US Visual Art Department is proud to announce that 14 Upper School students have had their artwork selected for exhibition at the 12th Annual Artists on the Rise Juried Teen Exhibition. The Exhibition will be at the Montpelier Arts Center in Laurel, Maryland from March 9-April 11, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The reception and awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, March 21, 1:00-3:00 p.m.

Middle School Musical: Alice in Wonderland 

Join the Bullis Middle School Theatre Department for Alice in Wonderland, a brand-new musical twist on the classic tale, on Saturday, February 21 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in Howard Auditorium at The Blair Family Center for the Arts—free admission. Follow Alice down the rabbit hole for a tuneful, topsy-turvy adventure featuring favorite characters like the White Rabbit, Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum, the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat, and the Queen of Hearts.

Bullis AI Speaker Event

Bullis parents (Grades K–12) are invited to a free AI for Education keynote with Amanda Bickerstaff, Co-Founder and CEO of AI for Education, on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 7:00–8:30 p.m. in the Blair Center Auditorium. Sponsored by the Bullis Parents Association Technology Committee, this interactive evening will explore the opportunities and challenges of generative AI in education, tackle common myths and ethical questions, and share practical strategies to help you support your child’s AI literacy and responsible use at home and at school.

Community Film Screening: Ain't No Back to a Merry-Go-Round

Join us on Thursday, February 26, from 6:00–8:00 p.m.  in the Blair Family Center for the Arts for a K–12 community screening of Ain’t No Back to a Merry-Go-Round, the award-winning documentary about Howard University students and Jewish suburban residents who challenged segregation at Glen Echo Park in 1960. The evening includes hors d’oeuvres, student reflections, the film, and a panel discussion moderated by CNN Chief Legal Analyst Laura Coates; Upper School students will provide supervised activities for children in the lobby if families prefer.
