Professional Background: Joined Coakley & Williams in 1977 and has been responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company since 1984. He has overseen the construction and renovation of hundreds of commercial, government and institutional projects throughout the U.S. and overseas, including many award winners recognized by leading national and regional industry organizations. Also serves as chairman of the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the National Capital Area and is on the board of advisors for the Universities at Shady Grove.

Professional Background: A lifelong Marylander, is the president and founder of Restaurant Zone, Inc., the company that manages Potomac Village Deli Catering, as well as four Potomac Pizza restaurants located in Potomac, Chevy Chase, Rockville and Gaithersburg. In his previous life he started and ran the Cone Zone ice cream parlors.

Professional Background: Mr. Wisnosky has approximately 30 years of experience in engineering and leadership of aerospace and defense systems. He cofounded Millennium in 1995 and served as the company’s CEO from 2004-2009 and COO from 1995-2004. He has had an extensive career in systems engineering, hardware integration and testing, flight testing, mission operations, missile and spacecraft development and infrared sensors. Prior to Millennium, Mr. Wisnosky worked for Standard Missile Company (Raytheon/Hughes Joint Venture), General Electric, Martin Marietta, Navy Surface Warfare Center and ANSER.

Hillary D. Baltimore

Occupation: Former consultant to the Department of Defense’s Military Housing Privatization program, and consultant for Ernst & Young in their Public/Private Real Estate Consulting Group

Professional Background: Ms. Baltimore currently volunteers with and supports a variety of organizations that are focused on providing support and opportunities to underserved segments of the population. She has served on several independent school boards and held leadership positions at several not-for-profit organizations. Her primary work has revolved around fundraising, outreach and marketing, and program development. Ms. Baltimore recently served as the president of the Washington Tennis and Education Foundation and continues to be an active member of the board. She is also chairman of the nominating committee for the Wolf Trap Foundation of the Performing Arts and will serve as co-chair for their upcoming Gala this fall.

Livia Christensen

Professional Background: Born and raised in Germany, Ms. Christensen holds a German law degree from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. Prior to having a family, she worked in the cross-border leasing division of Siemens Financial Services in Munich, and in the Automotive Mergers and Acquisitions division of Citibank in London. She has been involved in school volunteering ever since her son started school: first at the Manor Montessori School where she helped with various school events; and now at Bullis where she was the PA Lower School coordinator, the PA vice president, the Gala database coordinator, and now the PA president.
