Coach Andres Parra was named Varsity Boys Head Coach in 2008. Prior to taking over the boys program, he was the Girls Varsity Head Coach for two years. Since being the varsity head coach, Parra has sent multiple athletes that went on to play at the NCAA and a handful in the professional and international levels.

Coach Parra graduated from Bullis in 1999 after playing varsity soccer for four years. He was a part of the extremely successful 1997 team that was inducted into the Bullis Hall of Fame after going 17-0-1 and winning the IAC Championship. While at Bullis, Parra was named to the All-Met Soccer team twice, and was named to the All-IAC team three times. After high school, Parra went on to play soccer at the University of Maryland Baltimore County where he was part of three regular season championship teams. There he earned America East Conference honors in his senior year.

Coach Parra is a United States Soccer Federation licensed coach and a former Maryland ODP coach. Parra has worked at Bullis since 2004, and has been the Boys Athletic Director since 2009.
