Kindergarten Virtual Play "Tacky the Penguin"
Posted 05/11/2020 02:00PM

Every year Bullis kindergarteners look forward to putting on the spring play. In preparation, the study of penguins started in December 2019. In March 2020, Remote Learning started - this meant virtual classes.

We decided that the show must go on! Students created scenery, practiced lines virtually, and made costumes from home. The 2020 kindergarten spring play became a movie.

Kindergarten Teacher Jennifer Dross and her students worked very hard with lots of joy and creativity to put together a virtual play about the beloved book character "Tacky the Penguin."

Check out the Bullis kindergarten spring play movie and some behind the scenes footage.
