AAA Pro Ball Workouts

Practice like a pro! Whether you are a high-school player preparing for a summer showcase or a player looking to practice before an evening game, this camp guides campers through the repetitions they need to succeed. Featuring a comprehensive workout for players on the 90-foot field, this camp is designed by coaches of players from both local and national high schools and organizations.

Mornings consist of weight training, agility work, track time and on-field defense that includes hundreds of groundball and fly-ball repetitions. Campers work on cardio, strength and conditioning, dynamic flexibility, explosive movement, coordination and footwork.

Afternoons focus on hitting, which includes live batting practice, batting cage and other stations. Developing hitting approach, stance, swing and philosophy, campers receive the advanced training and guided direction necessary to be successful at the next level of play.
