Wilderness & Adventure 2.0

Take to the great outdoors, and learn valuable traits of leadership, communication, and trust in this program centered on having fun in the great outdoors! Designed for teenagers, this camp introduces campers to a variety of skills such as “leave no trace,” map reading, leadership, and team building. Wilderness & Adventure 2.0 challenges campers through hiking, rock-climbing, and white-water rafting. Throughout the week, the group is accompanied by instructors who are proficient in designing outdoor leadership experiences for youth. With a personalized approach in mind for each camper, instructors encourage personal growth and “finding your voice.”

Director: For over a decade, Mark Bowen has been an avid rock climber and certified climbing instructor. He has climbed in most parts of the United states and Canada. In addition to rock climbing, Mark has a wide range of interests and passions such as teaching for Earthtreks, consulting for VR films, and conducting private music lessons in Montgomery county.
