Video Game Engineers

Create and design your own video games! Using Fusion 2.5 from Clickteam, campers learn how to build two-dimensional video games. Campers begin by designing a space shooter game where they learn how to generate moving backgrounds, add scores and lives, design instructions and titles, construct waves of enemies, and incorporate transition screens. Later in the week, campers learn how to create maze and platform games. Working with easy-to-use, game-authoring software, campers create various types of computer games, screen savers, and other applications.

Provider: Club SciKidz offers interactive science and technology programs that nurture in children a life-long passion of inquiry and discovery in an increasingly technical world (www.clubscikidzmd.com).
