Meet Our New Non-Teaching Faculty 2021-22

We are thrilled to welcome an incredible team of new non-teaching faculty for the 2021-2022 school year.

CeCe Belcher

CeCe Belcher, Upper School College Counselor

CeCe Belcher is a familiar face in our College Counseling office, having visited Bullis representing Sarah Lawrence College where she served as the Assistant Director of Admission. Most recently, CeCe has been in the role of College Counselor at The Harvey School in New York where she also taught, advised, and coached volleyball and basketball. Born and raised in the suburbs just outside of New York City, she attended Temple University and The College of New Rochelle for graduate school. CeCe believes the college search process should be individualized and embraced as a process of self-empowerment. She enjoys reading, listening to music, and cooking. Fun fact - CeCe is not a nickname!

During her time as an educator, she has worked with students at the middle and high school levels in various roles providing individual, small group, and whole-class instruction to students with learning differences, emotional differences, and a combination of the two. Angela values individuality and offers strategies to meet the needs of each student while building trusting relationships with both student and parent. Angela earned a Master’s in Special Education from St. Joseph’s University. She loves bowling with the bumpers up, making or painting pottery, and studying astronomy and astrology.

In her new role at Bullis, Meredith will provide support to the Board, the Senior Leadership Team, and the Head of School.
