Boys Athletics: The Interstate Athletic Conference (IAC) is a boys' high school sports conference of schools in the greater Washington Metropolitan Area that seeks to provide training in athletics and character.
Girls Athletics: The Independent School League (ISL) provides female athletes enrolled at member schools with a quality athletic experience through structured league play, recognizes school, team, and individual accomplishments, and promotes sportsmanship, goodwill, and healthy rivalries among member schools and their athletes.

We are not just a team; we're a family. Unity brings strength, endurance fosters character, and together, we achieve momentous victories. Our program nurtures athletes to reach their full potential, emphasizing teamwork and a supportive community where each member feels valued. Guided by our esteemed coaches, we aim to develop well-rounded individuals who excel both on and off the track.

Coach Joe Lee, a two-time National Coach of the Year, leads Bullis' Track and Field team. Under Coach Lee's direction, his teams have won 13 conference championships and produced stars who have earned numerous accolades at local, state, and national levels while competing against the most talented athletes in the country and the world. Known for maximizing his athletes' potential through keen attention to detail, hard work, and positivity, Lee has prepared runners, throwers, and jumpers to compete at the highest levels of NCAA track and field.
