Class of 1984
All-League, Prep All-American, and undefeated High School Wrestler for three straight years.

Lenny attended Bullis for three years in which time he achieved ever accolade possible for a high school wrestler. He was a three starter for the Varsity Wrestling team. He is the only undefeated wrestler in Bullis School history. He was 33-0-0 as sophomore, 40-0-0 as a junior and 37-0-0 as a senior. He was the IAC, St. Albans Tournament and National Prep school champion for three straight years. He was champion of the prestigious Bethlehem Catholic and Annapolis tournaments his sophomore and junior years. He holds the record for most Tournament Championships at 13. He was named the Most Valuable Wrestler on the team all three years he was at Bullis. He was National Freestyle Wrestling Champion for his age group in both 1982 and 1984.

Lenny attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 1987, as a junior he was named as All-American by placing 4th at NCAA's. He also won the award for the most falls at the NCAA's as a junior. He was also named Outstanding Student-Athlete during his junior and senior years.
