  • When did you start at Bullis?
  • I came to Bullis in 6th grade, although I was already familiar with the school.

  • What classes have you most enjoyed at Bullis and why?
  • So far, my favorite class at Bullis has been 7th grade Life Science taught by Mrs. McPhaul. This class was my favorite because of the variety of activities and engaging units, which included the well-known forensic Felix mystery, egg-drop engineering challenges, playwriting on infamous plagues, and many more. I was always looking forward to my science class and never left the classroom in a bad mood.

  • What activities do you participate in at Bullis?
  • Programs I participate in include chorus, and musical theater. In addition, I have played piano in the Jazz Band. Sports teams that I am involved in are the soccer team in the fall and the softball team in the spring. During the winter, I take part in the musical. I try to attend most community events at Bullis, especially those that involve the arts program.

  • What do you like most about the Bullis community?
  • The thing that I love most about the Bullis community is how supportive it is. The Bullis community is exactly that: a community. When I came to Bullis, I was astonished at how this school really made me feel like a part of the essence of Bullis. Every member wants you to succeed, and they are ready to support you every step of the way. I have met some of the best people I know at Bullis and can't wait to make more memories.

  • What are you most passionate about and why?
  • I am passionate about many activities. However, in life, I am passionate about making a difference for the better in the world. Simply knowing that I made someone's day better gives me the utmost satisfaction. I want to change our world, whether it may be subtly or dramatically. I want my voice to be heard. Every step counts, and the people and education at Bullis are a major stepping stone to fulfill my passion.

  • Why Bullis?
  • You should choose Bullis because this school has an enriching and supportive environment, and the community is nothing like other schools. The feeling of community is unmatched, the campus is beautiful, and the students and faculty are nothing short of amazing. I can no longer imagine attending a different Middle School, and I am beyond happy that I chose to go to Bullis. I hope to see you there!
