How long have you been at Bullis?

Since 2017

What role or roles do you play at Bullis? If you are teaching faculty, what do you teach?

I am the Digital & Brand Marketing Strategist for Advancement & Communications. My roles include; website development and design, social media marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital design, digital advertising, analytics, and maintaining and developing the Bullis brand. I also work with students who are interested in becoming Bullis Social Media Ambassadors.

What is your favorite thing about working at Bullis?

My favorite thing about working at Bullis is how friendly and helpful everyone is. Also, Bullis offers an environment where I continue to discover and expand upon my professional passions.

When not at Bullis, what interests do you pursue?

My interests/hobbies: I am a Clinical Aromatherapist, make all-natural bath & body products, and hand pour coconut-soy candles. I also love to travel and go on adventures!

What is the best book or production that you have read, watched, or listened to lately?

Wendy Wheeler Harry Potter

I have seen so many good films, TV, and Broadway productions. My all-time favorite is the Harry Potter series. I'm a Hufflepuff known for being trustworthy, loyal, and hardworking.

What is one fun fact about you that others may not know or may surprise them?

I’ve owned several small businesses over the years — a brand and marketing agency, an aromatherapy shop, and Co-owner (with my niece) and Chief Imagination Officer for an online baby and children’s print-on-demand clothing store.

Why would you tell a prospective family to choose Bullis?

Bullis faculty are amazing and care deeply for their students. Although I am not teaching faculty, I've had the opportunity to sit in on virtual classes and special guest sessions. I am so impressed with how inspiring the teachers are and the enthusiasm of the students. It makes me want to go back to school and do it the ‘Bullis Way’!
