U.S. English & online basic English for Chinese students
What made you decide to work in an educational setting?
I have always loved sharing ideas with students. It started when I was part of an art appreciation program at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC when I was 16. I knew it would be a lifelong journey.
What is your favorite thing about working at Bullis?
Camaraderie
When not at Bullis, what interests do you pursue?
yoga, travel, dog-love, painting, sailing, eating, biking, movie watching, and reading
Who is someone that inspires you and how?
Glennon Doyle, I just read her book Untamed... She writes about humanity and shares her vulnerability. Also, Amelia Earhart because of her willingness for adventure.
What is the best book or production that you have read, watched, or listened to lately?

Support for the children of incarcerated Americans
What is one fun fact about you that others may not know or may surprise them?
I was certified as a yoga instructor in Hong Kong in 2016. I enjoy standing on my head.
Why would you tell a prospective family to choose Bullis?
The term "Bullis-Family" really does encompass the whole community. Their child will be both supported and encouraged to address the expectations of working and being successful in the 21st century. The staff at Bullis teaches a young person to be a problem-solver, a leader and a compassionate citizen in a global society.
