Campers explore the wide world of sculpture using a variety of
media in this camp. They create assemblage sculpture with recycled
materials and found objects, dabble in ceramic arts by creating
useable pieces of clayware, and work with mosaic arts in stone.
Campers also learn the basics of hand sewing when they
construct pillows.

Stone is in her 11th year of teaching art in Montgomery County and spends her
summers teaching at various art camps in the area. She is a cartoonist and
muralist and believes that creativity and a big imagination are the keys to
success for any artist, young or old!
