Student Handbook: Pets on Campus

Pets on campus can be a distraction, a source of allergens for susceptible students and employees, a health issue and an occasional safety threat to students who may not know how to properly interact with pets. Parents and visitors are asked not to bring pets to the Bullis campus unless absolutely necessary.

Any pets on campus must be on leash at all times, must not be allowed to urinate or defecate on any athletic fields or campus lawns, and in particular cannot be allowed inside the stadium field fence at any time, for any reason. Pets must be curbed to the edge of one of the wooded areas on campus, and picked up after. If sealed tightly in a plastic bag, pet droppings can be disposed of in a campus waste container.
