Started teaching at Bullis in 1994
While in Graduate School I earned my Dalcroze Orff Kodaly certification which stresses the use of language, folk music and eurythmics in engaging students. We keep it fun, active, and focused on discovering each individual student’s relationship with music and drama for lifelong reward.
I am particularly impressed by the support for the arts at Bullis and the School’s encouragement of a well-rounded education as the foundation for a productive future. The students and faculty are engaged, hard working, diverse, and intelligent.
Our Lower School Spring concert brought together music, international diplomacy, human rights, and performance for a charitable organization advocating for freedom, human rights, and needy populations in South America and Africa. Students learned about the United Nations through music, narration and dance.
