This page provides important information and forms for each family to review (or complete) before the start of the 2013-2014 school year. Every family is asked to follow the three steps below.

Step One:
Note: This step can only be completed online, via the Parent Portal. You will need your Portal username and password for these forms. If you do not remember your username or password, you can reset it using your email on the login screen. If you have trouble with the Portal, please contact Bullis Support.

to go to the Parent Portal to provide your Household and Emergency Contact Information. Please verify or update your information. Even if your contact information has not changed, please verify that what we have is correct and fill in any missing fields. The deadline for completing these forms is June 21, 2013. We will be using this data to prepare the 2013-2014 School Directory, so it is vitally important that you go to the Portal to review, verify, update and complete your information.
Step Two:
Complete the Student Health Forms. All health forms are due into the School Health Office by Monday, August 6. Please download, print, complete and return to Bullis all forms. If you have any questions about health forms, please contact the school nurse, Suzanne Douglass.
Step Three:
Access additional forms and information relevant to your child’s division at right. Many of these items are provided for your information and preparation for the coming school year.
